Roksana Zaya did not become a confident speaker by accident. She was shaped by challenges. When she arrived in the United States as an immigrant who did not speak the language, she learned early what it felt like to be misunderstood, underestimated, and overlooked.

She did not grow up commanding rooms. She grew up avoiding them. Her earliest speaking memories were filled with fear, not confidence, and those experiences became the foundation for everything she would later build. Her turning point came backstage, heart racing and palms sweating, when she delivered a message that moved an entire room to tears. In that moment, she realized she did not need to be perfect. She needed to be powerful.

Determined to understand why some speakers captivate while others struggle, she pursued the study of Communication and Behavior at the highest level and learned stage psychology through lived experience. She tested ideas, broke patterns, and rebuilt speakers through real audiences and real stakes. Her mission is bold: to raise the standard of communication across every room she steps into, one speaker and one story at a time.

She believes communication changes lives because it changes how people feel, and feeling is the birthplace of action. Roksana knows speakers are not born. They are built through intention, strategy, and performance psychology. She has seen her students discover a version of themselves they never knew existed, a version capable of moving hearts, shifting perspectives, and leading rooms with undeniable presence.
